SHIPPING POLICY
We process all orders within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships out.
We offer Standard and Free shipping methods. Delivery times and costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you immediately via email if any significant delays occur.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
To start a return or exchange, please visit our Contact Page and fill out the form with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7 business days.
